Who is this for?
In Canada and abroad, a growing emphasis is being placed upon the utilization and impact of health research. Scientists are increasingly required to include knowledge translation plans in their research grant proposals, ensuring that their research is reaching appropriate audiences, and having a positive impact on decision making.
This intensive two-day workshop will provide you with the essential skills needed to plan knowledge translation strategies.

- Understanding knowledge translation within the context of the socio/political / research community
- Understanding evidence-based knowledge translation strategies and evaluation methods
- Teaching skills for developing knowledge translation plans in research proposals
- Exploring methods for communicating research finding to multiple audiences
