Then you should become a member of the Health Research Transfer Network of Alberta (RTNA). Members include researchers, policy makers, health system mangers, and knowledge transfer specialists.
The RTNA offers:
- Workshop Series are held on a semi-annual basis and include intensive training in subject areas such as Plain Language Writing and Developing Your KT Plan.
- The RTNA Conference is held yearly and investigates the latest research, tools, and techniques that can assist you in practicing KT. Come to our conference to connect with KT professionals from across Alberta, Canada, and the world.
- Member Sponsorships are available throughout the year to support RTNA members in attending KT workshops and conferences throughout Canada.
- KT Grant Opportunities are made available by Alberta Innovates – Health Solutions. Members also receive information on cosponsored and third-party KT grants.
- RTNA members are invited to help shape the network through participation in advisory committees.
- As an RTNA member you will receive monthly email updates on all of our programs and opportunities.
