Engaging people in health research | 2017 Speaker Series: Patient and researcher co-presentation on patient engagement
Join us in learning about a critical care research project in Alberta where patients and the community were actively engaged in identifying ways to improve other patient/family experiences in intensive care.
- Peter Oxland, Family Advisor with the AHS Critical Care, Strategic Clinical Network, the Calgary Zone Critical Care Patient and Family Centred Care group, and Patient and Community Engagement Researcher (PaCER)
- Dr. Tom Stelfox, Associate Professor of Critical Care Medicine, Medicine and Community Health Sciences at the University of Calgary; Scientific Director of Alberta Health Services Critical Care Strategic Clinical Network; and Deputy Head of the Department of Critical Care Medicine at the University of Calgary.
