ITG Three Year Progress Review
The Interdisciplinary Team Grants (ITG) are subject to a progress review in year three of the research program. The final two years of funding are subject to a satisfactory review of progress.
The objective of the ITG Three Year Progress Review is to provide an external validation of the progress achieved by the teams toward their proposed research outcomes. It is intended to provide a value-added process of external review and advice.
Alberta Innovates – Health Solutions worked in collaboration with each team to develop the material to be sent to committee members for review. Members of the ITG Advisory Committee are asked to submit a written review that is provided to Team leaders prior to the meeting. The review process consists of a reverse-site visit where three members of each team meet with the ITG Advisory Committee and senior management of Alberta Innovates – Health Solutions. Each progress review meeting consists of a time limited presentation from the team followed by a question and answer session and discussion amongst committee members.
