Annual Reports
Annual reports are one of the conditions of funding for all Independent Investigators. Requests for these reports are sent out early each year; for the 2010 Annual Report, please provide your submission no later than May 15, 2011. The downloadable forms below are the only forms that will be accepted by Alberta Innovates – Health Solutions.
