Alberta Innovates trainee award recipients (Studentships and Fellowships) are required to complete and submit the Final Report Form within one month of the award end date.

The information gathered from forms such as these help us measure the impact of our funding, and help inform future investments in programs such as our Training and Early Career Development awards.

The completed and signed form and any attachments should be submitted as a PDF and sent by email to within one month of the award end date. A hard copy of the completed report is not required.
