What is TEP?
The Alberta Innovates (formerly Alberta Innovates – Health Solutions) Transition to Employment Program (TEP) is a grant that supports Alberta-based health and/or biotechnology companies to hire Alberta graduates. Graduates gain experience and companies gain highly skilled graduates all while enhancing the province’s economy.
The specific goals of TEP are to facilitate transition to employment for highly skilled graduates in Alberta, promote experiential learning and enhance receptor capacity in the province’s health industry.
