Performance Management & Evaluation (PME)
Who we are
The PME department is headed by the Director, Performance Management & Evaluation and staffed by the Manager, Performance Management & Evaluation, Senior Health Research Analyst, Evaluator, and Research Librarian, who work closely with all AIHS staff and managers. AIHS recognizes that evaluation and analysis make essential contributions to optimizing the impact of its investment in health research. Only by continuous learning and improvement can AIHS be more effective in carrying out its mandate of responding to its stakeholders.
